LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

At Motor Edgevantage, we take pride in being one of the few automotive repair and service companies in Singapore recognized by the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) as a Certified On-the-Job Training Centre (COJTC). Since achieving this certification in 2016, we have developed and implemented over 55 OJT programmes, providing 328 training placements and conducting more than 2,788 hours of structured, hands-on learning.

Motor Edgevantage is one of the few qualified companies in the automotive repair and service industry in Singapore who has been accorded recognition by ITE with Certified for On The Job Training Centre (COJTC) status. As a Certified COJTC since 2016, Motor Edgevantage has developed and implemented more than 18 OJT programmes covering 164 training places with over 458 OJT hours conducted.
